Under the TechWorks grant, Esther Williams receives job training at LINC to learn basic computer skills, word processing, and data entry. Now in its second year, the TechWorks project, a collaboration with LINC, BARC and workFirst, has met its goals of finding employment for 20 people and training 55 individuals per year. The project continues through September 2001.
