TimeLiner 5.0 is software that makes it easy to create, illustrate, and print timelines. Students and/or teachers simply enter events and dates, and TimeLiner 5.0 organizes the events into chronological order. The timelines can be displayed in a number of different formats and can be printed in any size to display student work and decorate the classroom.

The software includes an extensive graphics library with more than 400 historical photographs plus clip art. Users can also import images from the Web in seconds, and add movies and sounds to make multimedia timelines.

The software can be used in social studies, science, language arts and math. It has a range of complexity, allowing it to be used with kindergarten students, as well as 12th graders, and is a useful tool when working with children with varying degrees of learning disabilities. The software also allows students to switch instantly between English and Spanish – a feature that is perfect for any bilingual school or classroom.
