TeamWork Leads to Solutions
LINCs most valuable asset has been and continues to be its strong team
that includes the Board of Directors, the generous volunteers and dedicated
staff. Together this team works toward finding solutions to problems that
keep our clients from living the lives they want to live, from getting the
education they need, and from finding and holding the kind of jobs they want.
At LINC, it is through teamwork that we find the solutions to these problems.
One of the most valuable assets to teamwork is the willingness of each and
every team member to pitch in whenever they are neededwith ideas, with
research and with just plain old hard work. Staff members never feel alone in
finding these solutions. A willing and extremely knowledgeable team at LINC
stands ready and able to assist each other. This makes LINC an incredible
place to worka place where staff and volunteers alike can leave each
day knowing they have made a difference, they have helped someone find a
solution. Together, LINC's staff has provided 21 years of service to the
organization. Special congratulations go to Mary Salkever,
Executive Director; Susan Pompa, Associate Director;
Mike Birkmire, Technology Director, Jean Wunder, Special Education Coordinator,
and Fred Carter, receptionist. |
