In the latter part of 1995, LINC initiated a computer job training program for senior citizens in Baltimore City, funded by a grant from the Mayor's Office of Employment Development. Four seniors with varying degrees of disabilities were trained in the use of Microsoft Word for Windows, taught resume writing, and counseled on job interview practices. The project will run throughout 1996, and continued funding is being pursued. (Winter 1997)
